Art has been my refuge since childhood, a safe place that has followed me throughout my life. I've always found comfort in creating rather than seeking attention for the end result. As a child, I earned recognition through awards and scholarships, but I preferred to stay hidden behind my art.
I continued my education at Parsons in New York and Los Angeles, where I studied fine arts. During college, I was offered an opportunity in the fashion department of a clothing brand to develop prints, graphics, and logos. Sparking a desire to learn more about my potential in fashion, leading me to enroll at FIDM in LA while taking classes at Art Center College of Design in Pasadena.
My career path shifted toward the surf industry, where I worked as a designer, tracking trends for developing prints, color theory, and silhouettes for swimwear. Unfortunately, my 15-year fashion career ended abruptly after a serious motorcycle crash that affected my
memory for a few years. During my recovery, I turned to large-scale paintings and welding metal sculptures, which I sold primarily in Sonoma and Napa counties in Northern
California. I gained private collectors and held gallery showings
